Dr. Ronald G. Shapiro.
Thank you very much for adding me as a friend on Technology Integration in Education.
Answering your question about “what I am giving free to educators and how do they request it?” I have to say that I am developing for free to educational institutions in developing countries of Europe, South and Central America, my conference “MODERN ONLINE COMMUNICATION APPLIED TO THE EDUCATION” to professors and/or teachers in universities of these developing countries. After my conference, I am offering to develop in presence in computer laboratories of the developing countries, my course ”Modern Online Communication”, which last for six (6) weeks, with the collaboration of the non-profit organization “International Institute for Online Education”, located in New York, USA. This course development require the partial economic participation of the university of the developing country and partial economic contribution of the Council for International Exchange of Scholars, located in Washington DC, USA.
Do you know any developing country of Europe interested in this educational project? I will appreciate your reply.
Sincerely,
MsIT Carlos A. Lazares Sr.
Professor of Computer Sciences,
Internet Technology and Virtual Classroom Training.

Are the teachers and professors at these universities 'teaching' teachers of young students or is it all university material that is needed?

I am developing the conference “MODERN ONLINE COMMUNICATION APPLIED TO THE EDUCATION” in universities of developing countries. The conference content explains the different modern uses of Video Teleconference and Web Conference technology, with specific application to Education. This educational conference is oriented to universities hosting in developing countries, using computer equipments connected to the Internet and communication accessories. The non-profit “International Institute for Online Education”, located in New York, USA, is cooperating in the development of the course ”Modern Online Communication” to professors and teachers of these universities. Any comment or suggestions about the objectives of the development of this conferences and course? Welcome any comment.
